Description

Radar Tour Education, an agency specializing in supporting students for studies abroad, is recruiting a Client Manager.

Missions

Responding to customer requests (phone, email, WhatsApp)

To ensure quality customer service

Understanding customer needs and guiding them

Organize and track prospect requests

Coordinate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the service

Profile

Good level of English

Good communication skills

Sense of organization

Serious, motivated, and respectful of instructions.

Ability to work in an organized environment

Customer service experience is a plus (but not required).

Conditions:

Position based in Algiers (preferably near El Biar)

Full time

Sunday to Thursday work
