Join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt as a Senior Accountant! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to contribute to our growing organization. This is an on-site opportunity to make a significant impact and advance your career.

Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.

Prepare and analyze financial statements. Manage accounts receivable processes. Perform monthly and year-end close activities. Reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist with budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Contribute to process improvements and automation.

Skills & Technologies

Strong knowledge of Accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS). Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management. Experience with financial reporting and analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting. AR Proficiency: Hands-on experience in managing accounts receivable processes. Analytical Acumen: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is highly preferred. Experience Level: Solid experience expected for a Senior role. Must have worked at a startup company.
