Job Purpose:Execute day-to-day accounts receivable (AR) activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of customer payments and receipts. The role is responsible for verifying, recording, and reconciling AR transactions while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Job Responsibilities:Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures. Post and reconcile customer invoices, receipts, and credit notes in the ERP system. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording AR data. Reconcile AR sub-ledger with the general ledger, ensuring all payments are accounted for properly. Support preparation of bills, invoices, and bank deposits in coordination with treasury, sales, and after-sales teams. Resolve routine discrepancies by following up with customers and internal stakeholders. Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing accurate AR schedules and reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of AR-related reports and documentation for audits.
Job Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Years of Experience: 0–2 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable.
