Job Purpose: The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role plays a key part in safeguarding cash flow, minimizing outstanding balances, and supporting overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor accounts receivable ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Issue invoices and statements to customers in a timely and accurate manner. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies. Prepare regular aging reports and highlight overdue accounts. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues. Maintain proper documentation of all receivable transactions. Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to receivables. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. Advanced English Level. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
