Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support coordination between our head office and operational teams across different countries. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a multicultural, multi-currency environment and capable of handling cross-border financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both local operations and head office

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow across multiple accounts and currencies

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations as well as group financial policies

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Support audits (internal and external) and ensure readiness of all financial documentation

Manage intercompany transactions and reporting between countries

Liaise with external partners such as auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting field

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

Experience with accounting software and ERP systems

Excellent analytical and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Good communication skills

Languages:

French and English are a must.

Duty Time: Monday till Friday 9:30 AM till 5:30 PM with lunch break 45 minutes
