Role and responsibilities
- Point of contact for customers after the sale , resolving doubts and issues to ensure a smooth transition.
- Telephone/written assistance throughout the entire process, from contract signing to after-sales support.
- Constantly updated on the progress of the process, providing comprehensive answers and maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Collaboration with the departments involved in the installation phases.

Required:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Affinity for results-oriented startups .
- Ability to set high standards of quality for yourself and your team, demonstrating a positive mindset that motivates others.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian.
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (C1/C2) and good knowledge of the English language (B2).
