We’re Hiring: Junior Accountant – OMODA JAECOO by Autorun OJC, Dubai

Join our fast-growing automotive dealership and become part of a results-driven finance team. At Autorun OJC we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support daily financial operations and contribute to a well-organized accounting environment.

Position: Junior Accountant Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Automotive / Car Dealership Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers. Reconcile accounts, statements, and supplier payments. Assist in VAT calculations and filing, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Prepare and review invoices, receipts, and petty cash reimbursements. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation. Maintain organized digital and physical financial records. Record and maintain daily financial transactions Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation Assist with invoicing, payments, and expense tracking Support the finance team with monthly closing and record keeping Monitor and record sales transactions and inventory-related entries

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (automotive or trading industry is a plus). Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, Quick Books, or similar). Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and basic compliance procedures. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management. Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
