Client Details

Description

* Lead and manage the full end to end finance function.
* Strategic finance leadership.
* Oversee a large finance team across multiple regions.
* Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial health.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including audits and reporting requirements.
* Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and drive business growth.
* Manage cash flow, investments, and funding strategies to support organisational objectives.
* Lead change management across the function.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Job Offer

There is a competitive package of between 70,000 AED - 80,000 AED monthly + Benefits with flexibility depending on experience.

Requirements:

A successful Deputy CFO should have:

* A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, ACCA, or CPA.
* Proven expertise as a CFO.
* Experience managing a large team.
* Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive strategic decision-making.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
* Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
* MUST HAVE manufacturing experience.
