Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

1. Inventory Control 

• Monitor inventory movements (receipts & issues).
• Ensure proper allocation of materials to production.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory audits.

2. Production Monitoring 

• Follow up on production plans across different production centers.
• Ensure accurate recording of production data and material usage.

3. Costing & Analysis 

• Prepare cost reports and production analysis.
• Calculate product costs and job order costing regularly.
• Monitor variances and waste percentages at each production stage.
• Analyze machine efficiency and utilization rates.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Production Manager, Planning team, and production units.
• Provide accurate reports and insights to management.

Job Requirements

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory and production processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
