تفاصيل الوظيفةWe are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Accountant to oversee our financial operations and support strategic decision-making. This role goes beyond bookkeeping — we are seeking someone who can actively contribute to improving financial performance and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations

•⁠ ⁠Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial health of the business

•⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and forecasts

•⁠ ⁠Identify areas to reduce costs and improve efficiency

•⁠ ⁠Provide insights on how to optimize revenue and grow profitability

•⁠ ⁠Support budgeting and financial planning

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax requirements

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with management to support business decisions

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

•⁠ ⁠Ability to analyze data and provide actionable business insights

•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax (VAT) requirements

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Preferred

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with luxury, retail, or e-commerce businesses

•⁠ ⁠Commercial mindset — ability to think beyond numbers and contribute to growth

•⁠ ⁠Proactive approach to problem-solving and cost management

•⁠ ⁠Good English speaker (Arabic is a plus)

•⁠ Understands how UAE Tax and VAT works
