Job Description
- Track actual maintenance expenses and compare them with the budget.
- Review service providers’ contracts and lease agreements.
- Prepare budgets and periodic financial reports.
- Monitor revenues and compare them with the budget.
- Review department payment requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting major).
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Experience in using ERP systems.
