Key Responsibilities:-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.-Lead month-end closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.-Review general ledger postings to ensure accuracy, proper classification, and compliance with accounting policies.-Coordinate with Shared Service Center on AP, AR, R2R, and master data activities.-Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and cash-related accounting activities.-Review supplier and customer reconciliations, aging reports, and payment proposals.-Support inventory, costing, and COGS analysis in coordination with operations.-Participate in physical inventory counts and investigate variances.-Support internal and external audits and address audit findings.-Implement and monitor internal controls and process improvements.-Guide and support junior accounting team members.

Requirements & Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.-6–8 years of accounting and finance experience. At least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory accounting role.-Previous experience in manufacturing or the plastic industry is highly preferred.-Hands-on experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP.-Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.-Excellent closing, reconciliation, and reporting skills.-Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, SOCPA, or IFRS certification is preferred.
