  Overview Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Entertainment. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the integrity of financial reporting across a complex multi-entity structure in Jeddah.

  
  

  Reporting to: Finance Director / CFO

  
  

  Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

  
  

  Working Days: 5 days per week

  
  Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee all accounting operations and ensure the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports in strict compliance with IFRS and KSA regulations.

    
    

  • Complex Consolidation: Manage intercompany transactions, recharges, and eliminations to ensure accurate consolidated reporting across multiple subsidiaries and entities.

    
    

  • Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Partner with leadership to lead annual budget preparation and rolling forecasts, monitoring implementation and performing detailed variance analysis to identify operational inefficiencies.

    
    

  • Internal Controls & Governance: Establish and enhance internal controls, segregation of duties, and approval governance to safeguard assets and maintain audit-quality documentation.

    
    

  • Operational Financial Control: Oversee event-specific financials, including production cost tracking, post-event reconciliations, and F&B margin performance through rigorous COGS governance and recipe costing.

    
    

  • Audit & Tax Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, managing all PBC schedules and ensuring full compliance with ZATCA VAT and tax requirements.

    
    

  • Strategic Financial Analysis: Conduct Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and transfer pricing reviews to provide insights that support high-level management decision-making.

    
    
  Requirements

  • Education: BA in Accounting or Finance.

    
    

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a heavy focus on multi-entity structures and consolidation.

    
    

  • Background: Big 4 experience (Audit/Advisory) is highly preferred.

    
    

  • Certifications: Professional certification (CMA, CPA, ACCA, or SOCPA) is highly preferred/desirable.

    
    

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Construction, Aviation, Retail, or Large Groups; specific entertainment/hospitality experience is a plus.

    
    

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.

    
    

  • Joining Time: Immediate or 30-day notice period preferred.

    
    

  Monthly Salary Range: SAR 32,000 – SAR 40,000
