Job Title: Accounts Payable
Location: UAE
Department: Finance

Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Payable officer to join our team.
Job Summary:
Support the Financial Accountant in achieving KPI targets and strategic goals. Responsible for AP invoice booking, payments processing, reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book Trade/Non-Trade Payables with correct GL and analytical codes

  
  

• Process timely and accurate payments, avoiding double-payments

  
  

• Perform account allocation and maintain clean PTP balances

  
  

• Liaise with Master Data and SLO for supplier and payment details

  
  

• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure aged items are followed up

  
  

• Handle internal and external AP inquiries promptly

  
  

• Maintain proper records and assist in intercompany payments

  
  

• Collaborate on banking matters, cash flow, and reporting

  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

  
  

• Min. 5 years' experience in AP/accounting; MNC experience a plus

  
  

• Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), knowledge of SUN or Oracle preferred

  
  

• Strong PTP knowledge, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines

  
  

• Excellent English communication skills
