• Lead and oversee the cost control team across multiple project phases

• Develop and implement cost management frameworks, policies, and procedures

• Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets

• Prepare comprehensive cost reports and forecasts for senior management

• Identify cost deviations and drive corrective action plans

• Collaborate with project managers, finance, and procurement teams

• Ensure compliance with international cost engineering standards (AACE/PMI)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in cost control within aviation, oil & gas, or large EPC projects

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost management software

• Strong leadership and team management skills
