Lead the finance function including financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives

• Ensure compliance with international financial standards (IFRS/GAAP)

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management accounts

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies

• Provide financial insights to support executive decision-making

• Direct the finance team and develop financial talent within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)

• Professional qualification: CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years at Director level

Specific Vacancy Requirements

• Experience in aviation, engineering, or large project-based organizations

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial modeling, and ERP systems

• Local nationals preferred

• Excellent leadership and communication skills in English
