Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Ensure strict compliance with Egyptian Labour Law, Social Insurance Law, and Tax Law regulations.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis related to payroll expenses and provide insightful reports.
• Prepare and submit all statutory payroll-related declarations and payments to relevant authorities.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the HR department on employee data management, benefits, and compensation.
• Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Query, and Power BI for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements within the payroll function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills/Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Accounting and Finance principles, coupled with specialized knowledge in Payroll and Tax Accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Query, and Microsoft Power BI is essential for success. A solid understanding of Labour Law, Social Insurance Law, and Employment Law is paramount.

Job Requirements

• Experienced Professional: Possess 3-7 years of progressive experience in a dedicated payroll accounting role.
• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Master of Payroll: Proven expertise in Payroll processing and management.
• Financial Acumen: Strong background in Accounting and Financial Analysis.
• Legal Eagle: In-depth knowledge of Labour Law, Social Insurance Law, Employment Law, and Tax Law, particularly within the Egyptian context.
• Taxation Specialist: Demonstrated experience in Tax Accounting.
• Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Query, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Compliance Champion: A meticulous approach to ensuring full Compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional Attention to Detail and accuracy in all tasks.
