Job Purpose

The Finance Manager will oversee the full finance and accounting function across a multi‑entity group. The role requires strong IFRS expertise, hands‑on accounting capability, UAE tax knowledge, and experience managing cash flow, audits, and banking relationships. The position will also support the ongoing ERP implementation and the standardization of financial processes across seven companies.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting

• IFRS Compliance and preparation of accurate financial statements.
• Month‑End and Year‑End Closing including GL review, reconciliations, provisions, and accruals.
• Management Reporting including MIS, dashboards, and consolidated reports.
• Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and audit trails.

Taxation & Compliance

• UAE VAT filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Corporate Tax calculation, documentation, and return preparation.
• Transfer Pricing documentation and intercompany compliance.
• Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations and statutory requirements.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Cash Flow Management including forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, LC/TT transactions, and negotiations.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and credit exposure.

Audit & Governance

• Lead external audits for all entities.
• Prepare audit schedules, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely closure.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks.

ERP & Systems

• Support Odoo ERP implementation across seven companies.
• Participate in process mapping, data migration, and system validation.
• Oracle ERP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.

Multi‑Entity Operations

• Manage financial processes across multiple companies.
• Standardize procedures, reporting formats, and internal controls.
• Ensure consistency in accounting practices and documentation.

Mandatory Requirement

• Chemical company experience is mandatory, with strong understanding of:
• Inventory valuation
• Cost allocation
• High‑volume transactions
• LC/TT processes
• Multi‑entity structures

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification: - MUST Have one of these-CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CMA.
• 5–8 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong IFRS knowledge (mandatory).
• Experience handling multi‑company structures preferred.
• ERP implementation exposure (Odoo ongoing; Oracle preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
