We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.

The successful candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
  
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
  
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and support VAT filing processes.
  
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit requirements.
  
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions.
  
• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting operations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
  
• Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
