Job Description:

 We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records. The candidate will be responsible for handling cash reconciliation, inventory tracking, financial reporting, and maintaining organized accounting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and verify all cash and sales transactions.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock audits.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
• Support monthly closing and basic financial reporting processes.
• Follow up on expenses, payments, and purchase records.
• Coordinate with management to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with basic accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
