Job : Reporting to the Financial Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Archiving and entering commercial and asset data into accounting software.
  • Recording accounting operations in the accounting books.
  • Preparing summary documents: income statements, account balances, operating or income statements, balance sheets.
  • Monitoring the processing of customer and supplier invoices.
  • Preparing a monthly report on the company's accounting situation.
  • Preparing payroll for staff, as well as tax and social security declarations.
  • Managing unpaid accounts.
  • Participating in information system management by developing IT tools to optimize their operation.
  • Handling all financial and accounting charges.
  • Managing accounts, company personnel, and relationships with financial institutions.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Distributing tasks among colleagues.
  • Managing and coordinating the activities of your department.
  • Supervising accounting operations.
  • Ensuring the follow-up of banking and accounting operations.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Associate's degree to Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good command of Moroccan accounting and tax standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP software.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
