Job Description

Project Accountant | Interior Design & Fit-Out

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Accountant to join Centro ES, an Interior Design & Fit-Out company based in Cairo.

The ideal candidate will support the company’s financial operations across ongoing projects, supplier management, budgeting, cost tracking, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track project expenses and budgets
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare financial and cost reports
• Follow up on client payments and supplier invoices
• Monitor procurement and BOQ-related expenses
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support cash flow tracking and payment schedules
• Coordinate with project managers regarding project costs and updates

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Experience in construction, fit-out, or interior design is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets skills
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Experience with accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Understanding of project accounting, procurement tracking, and BOQ management
• Familiarity with Odoo or QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
