About us:The Group Securities is a well-established investment organization working in the finance industry since 1989, as a company devoted to the stock exchange. Responsibilities:

Coordinating accounting functions and programs. Preparing financial analyses and reports. Collecting, Verification and Summarizing of Petty Cash bills. Preparing Cheques for all company expense bills. Maintain and filing all hard copies of all transactions. Encashment of Petty cash and other cash cheques from the bank for the company and other Personal expenses. Preparation of Payment vouchers. Preparation of all company Petty Cash Vouchers. Preparation of employee over time sheet. Preparation of the company salaries. Preparing monthly WPS Salary transfers including Banks uploading. Preparing monthly non WPS bank salaries. Coordinating the cash salary distribution. Calculating employees leave payments. Calculating Employees final settlement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.5+ years of accounting experience. Working knowledge of WPS. Strong financial analysis skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and stress management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel. Proficiency in ERP Systems. Ability to work with little to no supervision.
