Senior Finance & Accounting Consultant

Full-time | Client Facing | Consulting

We are looking for a seasoned finance and accounting professional to join our consulting team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients — delivering finance expertise and solutions across a diverse portfolio rather than managing internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review journal entries, oversee monthly closings, and produce financial reports on behalf of clients
• Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; ensure compliance with accounting standards and relevant regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors during client audit engagements to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications & skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field — CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred but not mandatory
• 2–3 years of proven finance and accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to real estate sector finance is a strong advantage
• Odoo ERP knowledge
