الوصف:

Core Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget and financial projections.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee the quality and coherence of financial and MIS data
Analyze financial performance, liquidity, and key ratios
Analyze loan portfolio performance and risk indicators (disbursements, outstanding portfolio, arrears, PAR)
Extract and interpret MIS and accounting data into clear summaries and dashboards
Support cash-flow monitoring, forecasting, and risk tracking
Identify financial or portfolio risks and propose corrective actions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and MIS controls
Lead the preparation and coordination of external audits and donor financial reviews.
Maintain compliance with NSSF, and MoF regulations.

KPI’s

100% of monthly reports submitted by the 10th of each month.
Monitoring the income /expenses progress and reporting on monthly basis
Periodic financial and portfolio analysis
Dashboards and summary tables
Donor-compliant financial and MIS reports
Decision-support inputs for management
