Join our dynamic company in the Health sector as an Experienced Accountant H/F. Based in Casablanca, this position represents an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the financial management of a growing organization.

The main objective is to ensure rigorous and reliable accounting management, participate in the optimization of financial processes, and contribute to the production of relevant financial information for decision-making.

In this key role, your responsibilities will focus on several areas:

  • General and analytical accounting (recording entries, reconciliation, bank reconciliations).
  • Preparation of tax and social declarations.
  • Participation in the closing of annual accounts and the preparation of financial statements.
  • Treasury monitoring and management.
  • Analysis of variances and proposal of corrective actions.
  • Support for internal and external audits.
  • Regulatory and tax monitoring.

Required profile :

For this position, a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +3/+4), ideally in Management, Accounting, or Finance.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is expected. Experience in the Healthcare sector would be a considerable asset.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A mastery of Moroccan accounting and tax principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer tools, especially Excel and accounting software.
  • Developed analytical and synthesis skills.
  • A strong sense of organization and rigor.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
