Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join our team as the Director - Finance (Theme Parks / Hospitality).
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions related to our theme parks and hospitality operations, ensuring strong financial management and strategic business support.
The Director of Finance will partner closely with operational and commercial teams to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while supporting the execution of our ambitious development projects within the entertainment and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all finance functions for theme parks and hospitality sectors including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial viability of projects and initiatives, providing timely insights to inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Supervise financial performance monitoring and variance analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, promoting professional development and high performance.
Support negotiations and commercial agreements by providing detailed financial analysis and risk assessments.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Over 12 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with significant exposure to theme parks, hospitality, or related industries.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices within the hospitality and entertainment sectors.
Ability to think strategically and provide financial insights that drive business success.
