Senior Accounting Supervisor, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Supervisor To support the Divisional Finance Managers through the effective management of the head office finance team by intensive co-ordination with sales regions and consolidation of financial and management information.

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Degree in Accountant / Finance
• Should have full or part Qualification from a recognized accounting body (CIMA; ACCA; ICA; AICPA)
• A minimum of 3 or more years of progressively responsible experience in a commercial organization, preferably FMCG
• Possess strong communication and analytical skills and have the ability to extract Initiative and ability to work under pressure to handle sizable volume of activities
• interpret and present relevant information and advice to management
• Can demonstrate sound commercial judgement in their previous work experience
• ability to communicate and work with personnel from a wide verity of professional disciplines and nationalities
• Well organized capable of operating to tight deadlines
• A commitment to achieving excellence in financial management support for the division
