Key Responsibilities:Accounting:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple companies
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors
Administration:
- Handle general office administration and organizational tasks
- Maintain and organize company documents, contracts, and records
- Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Support HR and operational processes when needed
Overseas Communication:
- Communicate professionally with international companies, suppliers, and partners via email and phone
- Draft and respond to business correspondence in English
- Follow up on international transactions, shipments, or agreements
- Represent the company professionally in all written and verbal communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (group of companies is a plus)
- Excellent command of English — written and spoken — essential for international communication
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
- CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
