Location: Dubai, UAEReporting To : Group Finance Head

We are seeking a hands-on Accountant & Export Documentation Officer to manage accounting entries, banking transactions, export documentation, and coordination with origin teams across Africa. The role requires strong execution capability, attention to detail, and ownership of both financial and operational processes.

Accounting & Finance· Record daily transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals) in coordination with Africa origin teams· Reconcile debtors, creditors, and bank accounts; follow up on collections and payments· Handle vendor payments, advances, and settlements in a timely and controlled manner· Coordinate with banks for transactions, documentation, and issue resolution· Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities· Manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)· Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using advanced Excel· Support internal and external audits with documentation and query resolution· Ensure audit readiness, strong internal controls, and adherence to company policies

Key Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- 5–8 years of experience in accounting- Strong knowledge of accounting principles- Proficiency in Tally and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, Sumif’s)- Experience in handling bank payments and reconciliations- Strong follow-up skills and execution-driven mindset
