Key responsibilities

Maintain and control the fixed asset register for infrastructure and IT assets.
Capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and asset disposals.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
Support audits, asset verification, and reconciliation processes.
Partner with IT procurement and engineering teams on asset tracking and valuation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum 5 years of fixed asset accounting experience, ideally in oil & gas, utilities, or heavy industry.
Strong exposure to IT asset accounting and large ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is a strong advantage.
