Blue Mission Organization (BMO) is a community-based, independent Lebanese NGO committed to advancing human dignity through holistic, rights-based protection, education, health, and psychosocial support services for crisis-affected children, youth, and families across Lebanon. BMO is seeking a qualified and experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer to support the implementation of a Child Protection (CP) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) emergency response project in South Lebanon, implemented in partnership with Terre des Hommes (TDH) and funded by UNICEF.The MEAL Officer will be responsible for developing and managing the project’s monitoring and evaluation systems, including data collection, indicator tracking, beneficiary databases, reporting support, accountability and feedback mechanisms, learning processes, and field monitoring activities in Saida and Jezzine districts. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills, as well as experience in humanitarian MEAL systems, data protection, accountability to affected populations (AAP), and donor compliance within protection-focused programming.
