• Role Description
  This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based in Alexandria. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves budgeting, cost analysis, and assisting with audits. Collaboration with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve accounting operations is a key part of the position.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in financial accounting, budget management, and cost control
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fiel
• Professional accounting certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus
• Previous experience in the petroleum or energy industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team
