Job Description
- Prepare assets, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups and following internal controls.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with financial legal requirements by studying legislation and advising management on needed actions.
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial information and trends.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect company operations.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
- Contribute to team efforts and perform additional duties as required by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- 0 to 6 years of experience (Fresh grads are welcome)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent English skills
