• Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
• Oversee general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close processes.
• Conduct thorough reconciliations of accounts to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to local and international accounting principles (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting policies and procedures.

Skills & Technologies: You will be utilizing your strong command of Accounting principles, advanced Financial Analysis techniques, and comprehensive Financial Management strategies. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirements

• Required Skills & Expertise:
• Possess a strong foundation in Accounting, including in-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Financial Analysis, capable of extracting actionable insights from complex data.
• Proven ability in Financial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and treasury functions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with various ERP Systems.
• Exceptional Attention to Detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong Problem-Solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role.
