Job Description

• Prepare cost sheets for foreign and local materials.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis reports and explain deviations clearly.
• Analyze process costing to determine and update standard costs.
• Prepare monthly cost accounting entries.
• Set and monitor Manufacturing Overhead (MOH) budgets and track actual vs. budget.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and implement necessary updates.
• Monitor consumables usage against standards and provide justifications for variances.
• Track monthly production and compare actual vs. planned output.
• Review job orders and identify production cost variances.
• Present financial and costing insights to management and cross-functional teams in a clear and effective manner.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure accurate costing data.

Skills Description

• Technical Proficiency:

Functional level:

o Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

o Excellent Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.

o Ability to prepare and deliver clear presentations to management.

o Attention to detail with high accuracy in reporting.
