Job :

Closing accounting tasks:

- Supervise the accounting team and assist the accounting manager
- Establish and update the schedule and coordinate closing accounting tasks.
- Ensure that accounting entries are correctly processed.
- Management of fixed assets.
- Check the correct posting of accounting entries: consistency checks.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Preparation of regulatory closing accounting entries.
- Operational management of statutory audit assignments.

- Tax tasks:

- Prepare and check periodic tax declarations
- Prepare and gather accounting information to enable the preparation of tax documents.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of various tax documents (tax return, VAT declaration, Withholding taxes, Professional tax, etc.).
- Tasks related to the production of publishable statements and regulatory statements
- Prepare and gather accounting information to enable the preparation of publishable statements (Financial Communication) and regulatory statements (Regulatory Reporting of BAM).
- Prepare and check publishable statements (Semi-annual statements, Annual statements).
 

Required profile :

You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in accounting, finance, and/or management control. You have significant and successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar role within the accounting department of a bank/financing institution.

Knowledge of Participatory Finance would be an asset.
