Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Finance Manager in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Finance & Accounting sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate audits and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Supervise finance and accounting team operations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
Required Skills
- Financial Management – Managing company finances and reporting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting – Preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Financial Analysis – Evaluating financial performance and trends.
- Compliance & Auditing – Ensuring regulatory adherence.
- ERP/Accounting Systems – Managing financial software platforms.
Preferred Skills
- CFA, CMA, or ACCA certification.
- GCC finance management experience.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI reporting.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have relevant experience in finance management, accounting operations, budgeting, and financial reporting. Typical experience for this role is 8–15 years in finance leadership positions within medium to large organizations.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Preferred: MBA Finance / CA / CMA / ACCA
- Additional Certifications: CFA, CPA, ACCA
