Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Accountant in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Consulting / Finance Services sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting ledgers.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and account balancing activities.
  
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  
• Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
  
• Generate management reports and financial insights.
  

Required Skills

1. Financial Accounting – Managing day-to-day accounting activities.
   
2. Financial Reporting – Preparation of MIS and financial statements.
   
3. Bank Reconciliation – Ensuring accurate cash and account balances.
   
4. Tax Compliance – Knowledge of applicable tax regulations.
   
5. MS Excel & ERP Systems – Data analysis and reporting.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
  
• GCC accounting exposure
  
• Advanced financial analysis skills
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. Typical experience range for this role is 3–7 years in accounting or finance-related functions. Experience in multinational or consulting environments is preferred.

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
  
• Preferred: MBA Finance / M.Com / Professional Accounting Qualification
  
• Additional: CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA (preferred)
