Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in Investment Banking & Corporate Finance.

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution of investment banking mandates, building financial models, and conducting in-depth market research. This is a client-facing role that requires managing client relationships and delivering high-quality analysis throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities:

• Market & Industry Research: Conduct comprehensive macroeconomic, sector, and comparable company research to identify valuation drivers and transaction risks.

  
  

• Financial Modelling: Build and maintain detailed financial and valuation models (DCF, multiples, scenario analysis) to support M&A and capital raises.

  
  

• Due Diligence Support: Assist in financial, commercial, and operational due diligence, analyzing historical performance and cash flows.

  
  

• Transaction Materials: Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, pitch books, teasers, and internal committee presentations.

  
  

• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a client-facing representative to present analytical findings, address queries, and manage ongoing relationships.

  
  

• Fund & Portfolio Support: Assist in fund creation research, investment strategy formulation, and periodic portfolio performance monitoring.

  
  

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with deal teams and external advisors (legal, compliance, auditors) to ensure smooth transaction execution.

  
  

• Key Deliverables: Deliver accurate financial models, market research reports, and professional client/investor presentations.

  
  

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all analytical outputs and materials meet the firm’s strict standards for accuracy and confidentiality.

  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Strong background in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, advisory, private equity, or related fields.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and presentation capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
