Job Summary

The Finance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, monitoring expenses, and assisting in overall financial planning and control. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Record and manage daily financial transactions

- Prepare monthly and weekly financial reports

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

- Handle accounts payable and receivable

- Perform bank reconciliations and data verification

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records

- Support management with financial analysis and reporting

- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures

Requirements

- Female candidate preferred

- Previous experience in finance/accounting role is an advantage

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred but not mandatory

- Good communication skills in English
