Experience: 0–3 years

You will be an active user of Odoo, gaining practical, day-to-day experience across different financial cycles and business functions.

???? Key Responsibilities

*Record, validate, and ensure proper accounting of all company expenses and revenues.

*Issue and manage customer invoices, ensuring accurate matching with sales and deliveries.

*Monitor expenses and flag any unusual or unjustified spending patterns.

*Ensure proper allocation of costs within the correct accounts and reporting periods.

*Track cash outflows, financial commitments, and support payment planning

*Track, reconcile, and control advances and custody balances

*Support month-end closing activities for both expenses and revenues

*Assist in financial reporting and reconciliations.
