The Junior Accountant is responsible for supporting the finance department by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring accurate documentation of accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

• Assist in bank reconciliations and cash management.

• Verify and file financial documents accurately.

• Monitor customer and supplier account balances.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.

• Support inventory and stock reconciliation activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

• Assist during internal and external audits.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position.
