Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting timely collections and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions

Issue and follow up on customer invoices and ensure timely collections

Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely supplier payments

Reconcile customer and supplier accounts on a regular basis

Monitor outstanding balances and aging reports

Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

Record journal entries accurately in the accounting system

Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers/customers

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Support audits by providing required financial documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (AR & AP focus)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Experience with accounting software (ERP is a plus)

Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Experience in manufacturing or retail industry

Knowledge of VAT and local tax regulations

Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
