Job Description

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
  • Strong experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Experience in bank reconciliations and managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Ability to prepare monthly and annual financial reports and analyze financial performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial models and reporting templates.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and supervise the accounting team, review their work, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for financial reporting and period-end closing.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial administration, accounting.
  • Previous experience in managing company expenses, invoices
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to perform P&L analysis and interpret data.
  • Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach to operational issues.
