Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will be a cornerstone of our finance department, responsible for overseeing crucial financial activities, ensuring accuracy, and providing insightful analysis. Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute comprehensive accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee tax preparation and compliance, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a solid foundation in Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, and Financial Management. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. A deep understanding of GAAP and IFRS will be critical to your success.

Job Requirements

• Essential Skills & Expertise:
  • Exceptional proficiency in Accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong background in Finance and financial operations.
  • Proven ability in Financial Analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Financial Management and strategic planning.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
  • Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
  • Knowledge of Audit Preparation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Cost Accounting and Tax Preparation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with various ERP Systems.
  • Outstanding Attention to Detail and superior Problem-Solving abilities.
• Experience Requirements:
