Key Skills & Experience (Fresh Graduate Level)

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Any internship or practical training experience in accounting, finance, or shared services will be an advantage.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting systems is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Other Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Flexible to work in different shifts, if required.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
