We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the gym’s day-to-day financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recording transactions, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure smooth financial management.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced service environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.

• Reconcile cash, bank statements, and POS transactions.

• Support monthly financial reporting and basic management accounts.

• Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.

• Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents.

• Support audits and compliance requirements when needed.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–4 years of accounting experience

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Good command of MS Excel and accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time management skills.
