الأدوار والمسؤوليات

A Junior Accountant supports the accounting and finance team by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. This role is ideal for entry-level accounting professionals seeking to develop their accounting knowledge and practical experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Handle company's cash box from A to Z
  • Help ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax regulations.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents.
  • Assist with audits by providing required documentation and support.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 3 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. 360 Dynamics)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
