Job Description

Job Summary

Elite Business Services Solutions (EBSS) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid accounting knowledge, and experience in handling financial processes in a structured business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately. 
  • Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, and receipts. 
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. 
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly. 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. 
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. 
  • Support in payroll processing and expense tracking. 
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits. 

Monitor cash flow and highlight discrepancies or risks

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles. 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo). 
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks. 
  • Good communication and reporting skills. 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in payroll processing and tax filing. 
  • Knowledge of ERP systems. 
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance. 
  • Experience in service-based or corporate environments.
